Budgeting and pricing for your wedding photography does not need to be a complicated endeavor.

Most professional photographers/studios offer a number of packages from which to choose, or they provide an hourly rate for their time.  Here are the other key components of wedding photography pricing...be sure to consider each of these aspects when comparing photographers.

·                     Number of hours of coverage - How long will the photographer be working at your wedding?

·                     Number of proofs - How many proofs will they provide?

·                     Album or no album - Is an album included?  If so, what type?

·                     Reprint prices - This is where some photographers will attempt to overcharge you.  Does their hourly rate seem low?  If so, check their reprint price...that is probably where they make up the difference.
